10 days POST OP - still on laxatives but reduced from 45ml to 25ml daily. 90% without pain but still healing. Having leakage - water from wound (Ive been cut on few places). Just a bit of poo leakage, almost nothing, bit considering it ok since I have watery BM.

12 days post op - 95% painless when having BM. But I have one big doubt - I still have some yellow, more like watery, discharge. I can't say it's a pus, but can't tell it's not as well. It smells a bit like a pus, but not much. Don't know what to do, I am starting to be paranoic. Did I develop fistula maybe? I don't have a clue, but when I put my finger in anus I can feel something hard inside, like a tunnel, not sure if skin or scar tissue. Does fistula hurt? I must say that I don't have high temperature and my pain is reducing day by day. Any help is welcome!!!

25th day post op
Don't even remember I underwent surgery. No pain at all, even though zi am still feeling something on the place where fissure was cut out. It takes time for wound and scar tissue to become as neighbour skin. I am not taking painkillers since few days after surgery. Now only taking 5ml laxative before lunch and that's all.
I must say that I put all my faith in Jesus and religion help me a lot to overcome this horror called anal fissure. Praying and believing that everything will be fine helped a lot.
