Just curious- I have just started posting after a long time of observing. I guess it goes in waves. Some of the longer threads really helped me, but now it seems like there is not much action. I guess good in that folks are feeling better! But I don't want to be a pain and talk to myself!

Hi most of the admins check in at least once a week but there are members that check in everyday myself included. There is usually someone around to answer any questions

Admins check in from time to time (me being one of them), but we rely on our great members to help each other. Admins have no more knowledge than our long time members who are moderators. And, many others.
