What do I do?

Quick Question:
If for some reason you miss a bulk of your fiber in one day, what do you do to make next morning to make life less painful/easier for yourself?
I had a job fair/interview thing to do today, and I was really nervous so i didn't really eat much, and by the time I got home, it was pretty late. Since i really hurt my butt eating fiber too late at night last time, I didn't want to start that late in the evening. I think I am going to take a dose of colace. Is there anything else?

Take some milk of magnesia (one tablespoon ) before bed
and , put a big dab of ointment in your rear end so the morning bathroom activity is lubricated .

eat something soft a mushy for dinner, like souope or peas and then do what sorerumpie said.

I took the colace this morning and decided to risk it without the MOM (i hate MOM, it just makes me think surgery) and it all turned out okay, but I think i'm going to stay on t he colace for a few days, until i get back on track. Thanks all.

MOM has been my savior! no matter how full i am at night, or what i've eaten that day, MOM makes everything come out ok each morning. i could never go back to that paranoid feeling that the next morning's bm might rip me open again.
