Quick Question:
If for some reason you miss a bulk of your fiber in one day, what do you do to make next morning to make life less painful/easier for yourself?
I had a job fair/interview thing to do today, and I was really nervous so i didn't really eat much, and by the time I got home, it was pretty late. Since i really hurt my butt eating fiber too late at night last time, I didn't want to start that late in the evening. I think I am going to take a dose of colace. Is there anything else?
