Oh I’m so sorry to hear about your miscarriage. I had two in between my daughter and this current pregnancy. It’s not easy :-( Sending you lots of healing wishes! Also, I’ve tried the h fissure but didn’t think it worked for me. It burned a little so I stopped using it. It’s got a lot of good reviews though so it might be worth a try!

The reviews on amazon for h fissure don’t seem too promising. I’m so sorry for all you are experiencing. Have you looked at maybe a fistula/abscess forming since your BM don’t hurt??? I read on here where one lady had one and she had it drained and had such relief
