Hello folks ,Firstly a huge thank you again for all the posts to never lose hope. :thanx:
Quick background: Got this around in September 2017. Since then tried all remedies which gave me a quick relief but these were never permenant solutions for me.
List of things I tried:
COCONUT OIL- Reduced pain from 10 to 3 in 5seconds.
Stool softeners...
Olive OIL- nice but not permenant. Then realised that I have a chronic fissure.
Sudocrem: Unfortunately this did not work for me.
And other remedies....
And this forum is a gift for me which gave me courage in my difficult times. Reading davo's forum gave me so much spirit and inspired me soo much the way he describes everything very funny.
Now that I scheduled for surgery :D ..,for those who are going through this hell ,go for the surgery,it's the best option.
By the way I also tried homeopathy which did not work.
In This diary I will post about my post surgery info (sorry for my English).

Ok yesterday was my surgery. I did not eat anything from that yesterday and they gave me enema 2 times .In the operation theatre everybody is so friendly and welcoming. Then after checking my BP and heartbeat A lady gave me anesthesia to my lower spine and within minutes the lower body lost the sensation totally.
The surgery begins they removed my skin tags and performed a fissurectomy and a LIS which completed in 10 minutes.
Then after 2hours where my anesthesia is lost the pain began,I can only relate this pain to a level of broken bone or severe type paper cut(lol)-ouch actually :groan: . Nurse gave me a pain killer and it reduced from 10 to 5 . I was then transferred into another room with special care and needs.
My surgeon is very experienced young and a specialist

Post LIS DAY #1.
Woke up with a mild type pain and burning then a person visited and removed the package inside my cheeks which raised the pain level to 5 again sorry (tmi).did a sitz bath then after and saw some blood in water which panicked me a little bit and doctor told me it is fine to bleed after surgery and 2 days after.
Thereafter all day pain continued at 2 or 3 .

I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS PLEASE ANYONE REPLY ME
1. How many days the incision site or fissure will actually bleed.
2. How will the first BM feel I did not have had one until now may be TMRW morning I will try.
3. How much time do you think my recovery will take weeks?
4. When will the pain starts to decrease,in how many days.
And finally HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. YEAH TODAY IS MY BIRTHDAY EVERYONE.
