Hi, my names Alex, I've been sexually active for 2.5 years now. Within the last 6 months, during sex poop usually makes an appearance and it's happening now, almost every time which is naturally frustrating. I spoke with my doctor and he said everything appears fine with my sphincter muscles. I've tried douching, increasing fiber intake, eating at particular times but still have no answers as to why this is happening. I'm concerned it could be more serious but am hopeful I'll figure out the cause shortly. Any thoughts?

I suggest that you find an experienced pelvic floor physical therapist. It's probably an issue with pelvic floor dysfunction that's causing this to happen.
