Is PT Helping you?

I am at my breaking point again. I will go about a week with such bad pain, it feels like a screw driver is there. It just hurts so so bad, all day long. I took pain meds today. I should be better in about a week. it will still be sore but not like this.
Does anyone else get like this?

I am convinced I will have rectal pain forever.

Yes it's definitely helping me. I'm way better than I was in January. I still have setbacks but nothing compared to what used to happen. I still have a ways to go and I actually have optimism now when I had none earlier. Take an appointment and go talk to the PT, you have nothing to lose.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy

I made an appointment with my GP. I’m going to ask for a referral to a PT as well. Anything is worth a try...

I was doing SO well. 8 weeks no pain. And now I’m back. I am still doing PT and I thought it was helping... not sure what to do next or to just continue with the PT. I have vallium suppositories but scared to take them! Has anyone taken them?
I am having the levitor spasms.. I’m wondering if they are ever going to go away.

Hello Harper could you please describe your levatot spasms when do they happen? How long do they last? Where do you feel the pain?
