Hi Missy,

I used this product for 3 years :) It is very OK but found it very expensive due to posting. Now I buy a similar product from Amazon and it works exactly the same (Thorne Buffered Vitamin C).
I even talked to Konstantin on multiple occasions and he gave me sound advice in the beginning phases. He replies to emails you know.

I feel like I could create my own daily mix based off of the ingredients list I do agree at very expensive with the postage.

I don't mean make up my own bottle of powder but you could probably buy each of the ingredients those specific ingredients and copy the dose and take one or two of each of the capsules to copy the amount needed of each if you know what I mean

I understand Missy, it is a good ideea indeed, howver I personally prefer pure Vitamin C lately because I already take enough Magnesium in the Concentrace mineral drops that I put in my water intake daily. So for me, 3g of Vitamin C taken on empty stomach always works. I am trying a new approach lately: my body has a tendency to "go" every morning and I like that, however, in the evening when I come home I take either Vit C or Mg on empty stomach and in less than 1-2h I "go" again. This way, I space BMs equally appart and there are little chances of stools to harden inside. So far it works like a charm, I am doing this for 2 weeks already.

Correct, I am now relying on drops and Vit C. We need to try and try and try until we find the sweet spot. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is the definition of insanity, I believe it was Einstein who said it first :)
