I went back to working , just from home, last Monday and pretty much immediately experienced a lot of stress. I had been telling my boss I’d try to get back within a week after LIS. That night I had terrible diarrhea and lost tons of blood.... felt very faint for several hours afterward. My GI ordered blood tests and my count was down to 7.5. Pre surgery bleeding had me to a 5 and I needed a transfusion. Colonoscopy can’t be done yet bc I’m not healed enough. I’m freaking out with the blood loss, although it has been better over the past several days. I’m currently not working... scheduled for retest Friday and Crs follow up Monday with a current estimated return to work next Tuesday. Justvthe thought stresses me. Any advice?
