Sitting after LIS

Postby JulsPain » 02 Jul 2019, 15:38

Hello!

I am seeing my CRS on Monday the 8th as my cycle of using creams is coming to an end. Within the last week, I have not experienced any bleeding ( the 2 or 3 weeks before that I had bleeding almost every day) so do think they’ve helped a bit but I’m still experiencing a lot of pain during BM’s, I’d say more of a burning sensation now than the “glass” feeling experienced before.

If my surgeon says I’m not heeled and I do go through with the surgery, I’d like to know how long it will be before I can comfortably sit at work?

It seems like the average time to somewhat heal is about 3 weeks, but what about those of you who Work desk jobs? I sit for 8 hours a day and have no opportunity to have a standing desk. I can definitely get up and move around at any point, but still.

Anyone who also works a desk job have any stories or advise?
