Stress, the mind, and it's affects on our fissures/body

Postby Okaybum » 10 Aug 2019, 19:20

So this may be why it takes us longer to heal especially when we are stressed/anxious.

Please let me know if you have issues seeing it. It's on YouTube, but words only, not video.

I strongly believe that stress is what prevents healing and why we are where we are today. But it takes effort to train our minds as to control our response to circumstances and enjoy our lives even under stressful conditions. Once we master this I believe there is no barrier in what we can achieve, especially in terms of healing and growing.

Yup

My nervous system ramps up around 10am

By noon I’m sweating and desperate for relief. I use vodka, hydromorphone and Ativan. It takes the edge off but of course makes everything worse over time.

I have to find some way to overcome the trap I’m in but I’m losing and going to miss the cut.

I’ve been diagnosed with general chronic pelvic pain syndrome and doctors have dismissed me saying there is no cure and nothing they can do.

I think everyone has healed but us? Not sure. My posts rarely get responded to. There's a lot of activity over on the few Facebook groups that I'm on. I've been getting over gastro so that's been fun with Botox.
