I need to solve my problem of hard stool in the beginning and I read a bit about Magnesium pills.
Could you please help me with the dosage of Magnesium you take? Is there a particular brand you prefer?
I read an article posted here a while ago that for 19-30 year old about 310 mg is the amount of Mg needed in diet+supplements. I figure I could start with a 250 mg pill at night after dinner?
Has anyone had any adverse effects from it?
