Hey ladies, I know you’ve all had your babies by now but I’m 6 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and have the worst fissure of my life. Can you give me any tips? I’m using nifedipine with lidocaine, fiber, colace, mostly vegetarian, sitz baths etc. help!
