I bought a perineal bottle (or peri bottle) to use after a BM. Basically a plastic bottle that has a spout so you can use it upside down. Fill it with tepid water and squeeze it to spray. No tissue.

If you have hemorrhoids, tags or polyps which make wiping difficult, this helps a lot!

I am so pleased I've found something that helps, had to share.
