I do not want to be too hard on it too damage anything

You need to call your doctor ASAP. Clinics always have a doctor on call even if your surgeon is not available. Take care.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy

Just call the doctor like p&h suggested. This shouldn't be much of a concern. It's been two days, so what happened?
Fissure June 2014 - Oct 2020
Botox, skin tag removed - Feb 2015
Levator Ani Sep 2014 - Feb 2016 (left job, cured!)
LIS, skin tags removed - Oct 2020
Fissure 100% healed - Nov 2020
Still healed as of March 2024

It shouldn't stay more than 24 hours there, mine was removed the next morning by one of the stuff in the clinic (i spend 24 hours there after surgery).
You should've called your doctor or went to the clinic yourself to get it removed, it's not so painful tbh.
3 Days that's a lot of time & it can get you infections !
