How to understand where my fissure is

Hi folks. If my doctor said he felt a major fissure in the back of my anal canal, where do we think that is in terms of the traditional 12 o clock or 6 o clock positions? I would assume back of anal canal means posterior but I can’t seem to figure out which clock position it is. Idk why I feel determined to know, but I just like having that knowledge and I can’t feel the fissure myself - tbh the pain just radiates everywhere! TIA.

Actually upon research I think it’s the 6 o clock position, which sounds to be common bc that’s where the most reduced blood flow is…
