Image good luck for your appointment at Wake Forest Lecia. You have been through so much, if only these doctors could feel the pain and suffering and mental agony I'm sure they would make it their utmost priority to get you out of pain. I pray you have an understanding and sympathetic doctor who really understands and helps you. It must be so horrible to be suffering and in pain and not have your kiddies with you, I pray that theres an end to all your agony and that you get better very soon.:sprinkleheart: Image :thinkofyou:

Its very strange that all us girls with gyny problems are suffering with fissures. I have a tilted womb and have been in for a few laparoscopies and always had period problems. Also, just before the fissure pain started last year I was rushed to hospital with suspected appendicitus and still sometimes get that really sharp pain down my side. It was there after the surgery in january too...

Image dear Lecia,
Thinking of you today and hoping that Dr.'s have good insight and are able to help you. You are greatly missed when you aren't here. We all want you well!!

I did try for several months to go without estrogen cause I had read some bad things about using it. I finally called my Dr. and told her I needed something, I was going crazy! She gave me a low dose patch of bio-identical estrogen. I feel really good now, much less feelings of depression and no more hot flashes. I feel so much better, I do not want to quit.
Hi Jen,
I know that endo. runs in my family. Both my sisters have it also. My younger sister is on the pill because it helps slow down (or stop?) the endometriosis. Fiss & Lecia gave good info about it. I know I used to have horrible cramps, it was from the endo growing every month from hormones that the ovaries give off. Relieved to be done with that stuff!
