I think a dream journal would be a good idea because we forget our dreams so quickly. What makes me mad is when I dream about past challenges such as doing my research paper while a college senior which was a few decades ago. I also dream sometimes about past bf's, but sometimes tell my husband about the dreams. I had a dream once about a co-worker, and then I was quite embarrassed the next day when I saw him, but then I thought, "He didn't have that same dream!" I also had another dream about a different co-worker, and I told him that I had a dream about him (different kind of working relationship), and he got very excited about me having a dream about him, but I told him that it was about training, and he said to me, "I'll take what I can get!" (he meant in terms of a dream). Sorry for the long epistle, but I have always been fascinated by dreams and wanted to major in psychology, but became unnerved when I started reading about myself in the Abnormal Psychology book as I used to have panic attacks!! Also, most psyche majors I knew I thought were weird. In retrospect, it most likely would have been a better major than the one I chose--history. But we would all have done things differently--I wish now I would have majored or minored in Spanish and maybe have chosen marketing.
If you could change one thing in your past, what would it be???
