Ultram is tramadol. It is a non-narcotic pain relief but is Rx only. I love your avatar!
How about 10 pm my time which would be 9 pm your time?

9:00 pm is fine with me. Thanks for translating the time!! I'll plan on that time nightly. Maybe if we all start praying at the same time, we will have some positive results. It can't hurt!!

jen, before my surgery i was warned not to take any supplements at my presurgery appt. i freaked a little at that because i was taking loads of stuff and it had taken me ages to perfect it, then they were telling me to go cold turkey! i swapped my flaxoil for olive oil (i think i took a tablespoon morning and evening) and ate extra fruit-in fact i was eating lots of pureed baby fruit in a can too, and that seemed to do the trick!

lecia, how are you today, i do hope you're feeling better, you dont deserve all this pain, you've been through enough. get well soon XX

The bleeding is better today, Val. Just a few spots. I upped my MOM and it kind of just fell out. I don't know where it is coming from. My husband couldn't readily find the source. I see the CRS on the 21st.
Got my period today-fun!

How are you, Val? I am so glad to see you posting on the board more? What is the news? Did you see your CRS today???

i'm glad things are better for you today, isnt it horrible to keep having to start over when you think its healed. i get a bit scared when things get better now, in case they get so much worse the next day!

i couldnt get to the crs today, i couldnt even stand up for long enough to blowdry my hair - was crying in pain while my hubby was holding the hairdryer! so he phoned and they said they couldnt get another appt. til october, but he managed to talk her into getting me an appt. next monday. i just hope i can get to that one!

That's too bad you didn't get in for your appt. but I am glad you can get in just a week later. When do you see the Neuro and see about the MRI? I am anxious that they will get you in and figure out what is causing this terrible pain.

Yes, I am still taking the primrose oil-about 1600 mg a day! It has really made a difference.

i'm seeing the specialist on thursday about my neck. i've done some "googling" and wonder if its a torn disc or herniated disc as it seems to fit in with all the symptoms. surely a damaged nerve in my neck wouldnt cause this much pain, so that i cant sit or stand for 10 days. its getting ridiculous!
do you take the evening primrose every day or just for a few days before?
