Bleeding has stopped, and the last two days I haven't used Xylocain. The reason is because I haven't had the time because of incontinence and you know what... but now I have the perfect consistency for me. Mashed potatoes = little pain during BM.
Am I healing? I am not sure...I just know what will happen if and when I should have a normal formed BM = pain and retearing.
When we have had fissures for so long, it will take ages before it heals completely...
I am so confused because of all this... Will it heal, will we be able to live normal again? It's so fragile...one wrong turn and hell is loose again...
Maybe we need more Botox?

This morning my train was chugging so slowly and while I had that urge nothing was coming i never had this problem before the botox sometimes I cannot finish my morning tea before I need to go, it varies I cannot understand it….
And why am I having more formed bigger BMs …can anyone answer this ? is this a good thing ?
It was a close call this morning I feel like I have given birth from my butt !!
I am just as confused Corsi but I do know this healing part is going to take some time and that Botox is probley doing more than we think !

I am trying to remain positive but its hard..
I was almost healed using the anoheal and I just cannot forget that and this is what makes me feel so discouraged now :roll:

Sorry things are chugging so slowly, tabby? Maybe two cups of tea would help? Just don't strain, trying smoking a ciggy and drinking some very hot fluids.

Do you feel well enough to walk at all? I know that can help move things along.
I think with botox there can be a lot of weird sensations and unpredictability because it does cause the temporary paralysis of the nerve/muscle bundle so it could causing some laxity in retention of stool and since it is relaxed it could cause the rectum to fill up more and compact the stool so you have larger bms.
It makes for a scary morning to not know if today is the day that all hell is going to break loose (like Corsi said). I understand completely.

No straining going on, I just gave up the first time I know better, the Botox wont let me strain it’s a very werid feeling…
So another tea and ciggy later ! :roll:

That is how things feel babe, last night I felt I could have gone I could feel sensations in my rectum which is a rarity for me as I do mornings only !! :roll:
I think things were a little too firm today too
I should be walking more I know it would help with the ache but it so cold out there and too cosy here !!
