Tea dehydrating …yea I would think so too they say it counts as daily intake of fluid but I don’t believe them, I have to have tea in the morning, I use to drink cups of the stuff in my normal days !
I had cheese lastnight !! and beetroot and spinach = disaster !

Tubby buddy - Lecia explained your "slow train" perfectly - so I can only offer a huge and wish you more normal "train" next time around :truebud: !
Try to drink more of herbal teas (Chamomile, Mint, Rose hips, and about 100 more varieties )that have no caffeine in them. Or, I am sure Earl's Gray comes in decaff. form as we have it here ! It is Caffeine that is having dehydrating effect although it is also a stimulant for the guts - so once in a while it can actually do some good. I know a cup of coffee saved my live, I mean , saved my butt, on more than one occasion. Any time I want to go I have a cup of it and I am on my way to the loo in no time !!!!
Of course that you are healing buddy - no pain !!!!! Just couple of more weeks sweetness , but just make sure poopsy is soft and nice !!!
