OK buds Image - I will check the "thing" out - just for you LOL. I stopped investigating it since I stopped seeing any changes and it did upset me so I decided just to keep area clean and not investigate closely. Even my hubby is not allowed to look at my butt regularly (who would think that another person could get so attached to somebody's else "exit hole" and be "strait"). I am just so sick of it all that I refuse to give it any extra attention than of what is necessary. I will probably have my regular poop "tea time" at 5 and than I will look it up - it is about time to check it out anyway - I don't want you to think you "made me look" LOL, whatever I find there is there, no matter if I look or not, so yeah - ha ha, I will take my magnifying glass and observe the "doom of my universe" !
LOVE you :heart7:
PS: Kimmy- geeky boy LOL, can you perhaps fix "search" part for us. It was soooo helpful tool before, and it worked wonderfully for a long time ( oh boy...I can see Kim going Image -sorry buddy - was just wondering what went wrong   )

Tea dehydrating Image …yea I would think so too Image they say it counts as daily intake of fluid but I don’t believe them, I have to have tea in the morning, I use to drink cups of the stuff in my normal days ! Image
I had cheese lastnight Image !! and beetroot and spinach = disaster ! Image

It must be a good sign, and even more important - when you don't have that glass feeling you don't dread going to the toilet as much and therefore you relax more next time? At least it is like that for me. It's like a good circle, because it's so important to relax when having a BM. A tight sphincter is Image when having a BM.
About the nitro, it wasnt't really a tip....it was just to say that I was told not to used it. I know very little about medicine... For me, it feels good that I don't have to use it since I really dislike taking medicines. The reason is that i get digestive problems and tummy pain whenever I take medicines for more than 2 days, it must be all the years having celiac disease....., but also I don't like to take medicine. The western world ist taking too much medicine, and we are overdoing things like for example antibiotics.
I know that some people just have to take medicines to survive, and that is someting completely different... I have a friend who have take the highest dose of 3 different medicines, and she has all my sympathy of course.
Is beetroot and spinach bad? Why?
You have to have tea? I have to have a cup of coffee in the morning, have tried without coffeine and it was bad! I enjoy my coffee.....and would really enjoy a glass of wine. Will this misery ever end?
I bled again this morning because I had a Image formed BM. Spent yesterday at the hospital (not fissure appointments), and I guess stress, less water and different/little food may have Image up my BM...
Take care Botox friend, hope you are OK Image

Hi Corsi
I am sorry you have blood again Image Are you in pain too when you get the blood ? Do you feel you are having spasms ?
I don’t think I will ever relax having a BM Corsi , I dread every morning more so now as it is unpredictable and those big BMS either cause pain/ache, I don’t think I am having spasms thou Image everyday day is different just now!
Hey you don’t eat nitro why would it effect your tummy !! Image
Beetroot and spinach = iron = which reminds me of when I took iron tablets during pregnancy Image …my method of madness !!!
Hope everything went Ok yesterday at the hospital !
Big hugs to you my Botox buddy Image hoping tomorrow will be a better day for you Image

I don't always feel pain when I bleed (have bled for over 8 eight years with on/off pain), but when the BMs are formed it is painful... Had formed BM today as well Image and I ate nothing wrong yesterday.
About relaxing when having a BM - I really agree with you. Unpredictable is the word!!! I use Xylocain when I dread pain as I relax more then... I don't have spasm feeling at all now.

I don’t think I will ever relax having a BM Corsi , I dread every morning more so now as it is unpredictable

What? I'm not supposed to eat nitro? I have done so for 8 months now, have even used it as lip gloss - beautiful!! Image
Nitro made me dizzy and my heart went bananas, didn't like the effect it had on my body.
I will get blood/iron infusions at the hospital as I am low on it. Hope it will help, as I am so dizzy and weak. I want more energy :)
I really feel that my botox is working so therefore I hesitate to call the CRS...have an appoinmtment November 4th for manometry and rectoscopy. I think I will need even more Botox to heal...if I ever will heal.
I think it is so difficult to post and complain here as there are so many people with so much more pain and problems. My problems are nothing to what you deal with (Val, Jo, Lecia, LIS people, Pinky, Lars; Fissy; Juney; etc. etc. At the hospital I talked to a woman my age with stomach cancer...it puts things into perspective, that's for sure...
Take care all of you Image

Hi Corsi
I can relate to the bleeding and no pain part, sometimes when my fissure retore the pain was actually better if that makes sense !! it really does have no rhyme or reason Image
When I feel pain now it comes from my fissure site , before the Botox the whole area inside would tighten , Can you relate to that ??? I suppose no spasms are the most important factor …
Hang on in there my Botox buddy , we are going to heal all in good time !
LOL…did the nitro give you lips a nice plump look…funny ! Image
I have never tried the nitro but have heard it can be very wicked in its effects !
I do hope the blood/iron transfusions will help you feel better Corsi Image
Take care sweet Corsica and have a nice weekend Image
