I don't know how I am...it is difficult to tell. Haven't bled since last Monday, and the pain level during the day is OK most days. I don't have that wonderful glass feeling when I have a BM either, but it is tight as h..., and it feels like I'm ripping when I have a BM = it is really painful at the beginning of every BM (graphic!!).
Today it was Image , blood and I have been sore, and pain has been present.
So you see, it's not like it was in terms of pain level/type of pain, but it's not like I feel healed either.
I am not using psyllium, that didn't work for me. I still use lactulose and upped it as you suggested. I take olive oil as well.
Wonder what my CRS will say next Tuesday....I wish he could say something like this: "You are healed", but with my luck - fat chance!
I guess you are healing since you posted a smile...

I wonder if things are tightening up because your Botox is at its time limit? It could be possible, just try and do all you can for soft poops for this next week until your appointment, I would mention the psyllium to your CRS I would think it favour with most, it might be worth another try once you have a fresh shot to go on with?
Have you tried prunes ??
I hope you have some good news on Tuseday I will be thinking of you …
I believe I could just be healing Corsi - as much as I have doubted the Botox it seems to be doing something for me... I have had no blood since the Botox and slowly but surely the nasty pains are becoming distant…So far, so good Image ….… Get back in your box you pesky gremlins  !^""@~}+:*}~|
BUT …Here comes my negativity – What skunners me is that I did so well on the Anoheal /Diltiazem and felt soo good , I had no blood , no pain for almost 4 months, I felt I was almost really healed but then I had to stop the cream and my fissure returned with a vengeance :( My F.E.A.R now is when the Botox wears off that this rollercoaster will double loop… I need to get to that point again and if things continue to do well then more Botox could be my next step ……
It’s a fine line my friend, please do all you can for yourself this week, maybe you could use some nitro ?? try some prunes ?? baked apples ??

Corsi - so sorry to hear you are still in pain Image , and what worries me the most is that "you are feeling tight" Image . Could it be that Botox warred off Image ??? From my experience - pain equals fissure :( , even slight discomfort. I just don't want you to be disappointed tremendously after your exam - Botox can be repeated as many times as it is needed. Actually our only botox girl here that healed needed 3 courses of it - so please
don't despair Image . Just continue with baths and try to keep your poop VERY soft - I do not know if you found magic combo for you ? You must make it soft as a toothpaste basically for optimum results.
Even if it is 90% healed till next Tuesday it is a BIG improvement Image !
Best of luck Corsi and I hope that all pain will be gone VERY soon !!!
