Yes, I am going to help persons improve their employability (I thought it was a word!). I know what you mean, Kim. I wanted to do volunteer work while I had a job, but I never had the time nor energy after completing my normal work week of 40+ hours. For me the weekends were always for relaxing and regrouping to face another week of challenges!! Your time will come after you also retire!!
