Hey, everyone. I just wanted to share the titles of three books I recently read. These books have really enlightened me about nutrition and empowered me to affect positive change in my eating habits.
Before I got my AF, my diet revolved around dairy and meat...and beer. Burgers and pizza were my staples. And I practically never cooked. That has all changed.
After reading these books, I no longer view my situation negatively like, "oh, I have to eat healthy now" ... I view it positively as, "oh, I have to eat normal now."
