I felt fit after exercising for 2 hours this morning (and relaxed). (Tai Chi and Body Vive classes)

i helped a neighbour out today. instead of him helping me. made me feel real again. if you`s know what i mean. he bought himself a new dvd recorder yesterday and cudnt get it tuned in or set up, so walked up(about 200yards) up to his a got it set up for him. something so very simple, but made me smile

I'm done with having to practice/look at my spelling list. Yippee!!!!!!!!! :D

That is just great Dazzy !!!! Yes, that was also one of the worst things that plagued my mind - not being able to do stuff for other people since my whole existence is based on that and the essence of my "self". I felt useless and just wanted to "dissipate" in my sofa ...just disappear in the crevices and at least become a nice pattern - at least "being something" other than a blob sobbing my days away...

Guess what !!! One more !!!! LOL Met a girl with a standard poodle and played with it for a while - it was so elating !!! : )
