Taste-wise rather than bum-wise:
My hubby is Japanese, so we get the japanese white rice, which is what I mean by white rice. It goes great with sauces, fish and veggies.
Jasmine rice, I think, is best with Indian and Thai. I believe it is white rice infused with Jasmine.
Brown rice is good on its own, with maybe a little butter and cilantro. Wild rice is the same.
Hey, did you know that wild rice is actually a grass seed?
