same here, i just stay away from beef. Could be the high iron/calcium content that makes poo hard.

Could be it is just not as easily digestible as fish and chicken are
; ) !
Beef is not a very healthy choice of meet anyway - so you are not missing on anything really but high cholesterol, antibiotic feed , use of pesticides, antibiotics and exposure to prions, Salmonella etc LOL Even if you go organic - you will just end up ingesting smaller amount of all of the listed above ; ).

I used to eat beef all the time but now avoid it like the plague too. I can eat fish, crab, lobster, and chicken all day without problems but beef is the kiss of death for the butt. Every once in a blue moon I'll allow myself to consume a hamburger patty and it just tastes sooooo damn good though! Then I drown it with extra Miralax to insure a smoother exit :)

I agree with what Fiss stated. I eat very little beef. Probably best to be strictly vegetarian, but I eat tuna, salmon, turkey, and chicken.

Read something the other day that beef in itself, in moderation, is not bad for you. What has made it bad for you is all the crap they feed/inject the cattle with. Has anyone ever tried the Kobe beef, would that be better for digestion.?

I ate part of a hamburger yesterday (very little amount) from Culver's which was yum. Might be right about all of the crap fed to the cattle. Have never hear of Kobe beef!
