Heya,
It's interesting to read people's diet tips; the macrobiotic diet looks good is some parts but it's very.. flakey. Seeds, nuts and that sort of thing is the kind of food that can end up cutting you down there. My Dad has problems in that area too, and he says he'll never eat oats, seeds and nuts because the sharp bits don't help the issue.
I really need to drink more water. It's just such an effort!
I think this is going to be my diet: (At least my intended diet)
Breakfast:
Cereal (something like museli would be good for fibre, but would the flakes cut me as well?)
500ml water
Snack: 500ml water (yeah, water

) and 2 clementines
Lunch - I work in an office and it's difficult to prepare a decent meal - So:
2 slices of wholemeal bread
Cherry tomatoes
Small piece of cheese
500ml water
Snack: 500ml water (aaargh) and dried fruit. Maybe a muffin if it's a special occasion.
1 Movicol or Lactulose if applicable (thanks guys for the tips there)
Dinner: Well, dinner could be anything actually. It's hard to control because I stay at my boyfriend's house every other day and I just have to accept what I'm given. Which could be a pile of pasta (not good for digestion) or fish and chips.
But the mention of soup sounds good, so maybe I'll take my own can of veggie soup round. hehe.
500ml water
Wow, 2 and a half litres of water every day! That's got to help surely? My weight should go down as well. I'm not too bad at 9 stone 8 pounds, but my stomach is pretty flabby. Looking forward to seeing that going!
Thank you again everyone for your replies. You've given me the motivation to do this properly, and stick at it :)
