I too have been using anoheal and have developed some unusually sore spots on my thighs - I wonder if this is similar. They're extremely red and the pimple itself looks a little bit more like a wart than a spot - although I'm fairly certain they're not warts because they go after a while. Does this sound like the same thing? I hadn't put them down to the cream at all because I do have quite oily skin and suffer from spots anyway but if you're suffering a similar problem then maybe there is some connection to the cream.
Please let me know what your doctor says!

I've just discontinued use of Anoheal due to severe anal itching, when I say severe I mean scratching to the point of bleeding, infact I don't think my anus will ever feel the same again, it was a worrying experience which is why I stopped using it.

As a follow on to this (in case anyone sees this thread). I suffered a similar issue where after only a couple of weeks of using Neozem (alternative to Anoheal) I started getting a nasty rash, sores, and blisters. In my case it seems to have been a fungal infection that was resolved with canesten after a further week. I've resumed Neozem now with Canesten and I'm currently holding my breath!
