I'm still living the Miralax life too. No more ass pain but a host of other issues. That's life, I guess.

I'm taking an oat bran/applesauce/prune juice mixture nightly and have been able to decrease my amount of Miralax as a result. Currently, only taking 3 teaspoons nightly of Miralax, which is less that a sachet/capful.

Hey Sidra, kind of a long story but let's just say the other "issues" consist of an adult circumcision (feel free to laugh here ), benzodiazepine withdrawal, a neck problem, plus a recently discovered stomach problem. When it rains it pours, I guess. Still getting by, though, and it's been a good year for my sports teams so far (ok Dodgers notwithstanding) so at least there are ample distractions. Not "distractions" as in great trips abroad, but the next best thing, as in me and my couch being cozy frequently :)
