I think sitting in the tub works just as well, and I started improving when I switched to the tub after someone here said it puts less pressure on the butt. Corsi took a bowl with her on a trip for that very purpose! :roll:

Take 3-4 baths a day in warm/hot water it helps with healing and pain, I added salt first then bought some Epsom Salts online which is renowned for it's healing properties
