Hey all,Interesting I actually work for a compounding pharmacy, and have made up meds. for patients for years that are applied topically. My mother passed away from Crohns disease complications, so when I have issues it's kind of scary. Once thing that has helped a lot is a cream we call B.A.D. it contains Baclofen, Amitriptyline, and Diltiazem .
Medications applied directly to areas where they are needed are often a good option for people with chronic Af issues, you can also find some great info on rectalrocket.com I agree with a lot of the thoughts above medications with narcotics tend to be a poor option.
