Gosh, that is difficult!! I really liked Dustin Hoffman in "Rain Man," because he and that movie brought so much awareness nationally (and maybe globally) to autism, but I think I will go with Rhett Butler in "Gone with the Wind!" Claire Dannes was also great portraying Temple Grandin, an adult with autism, but I think that movie was only on HBO and now in DVD. I also liked Robert Redford when he was a young stud!!
Who is your favorite musical artist??

And this is a difficiult question for me. Have so many that I like. But, I will choose and go with Eric Clapton.
Wish I had got the photography question. I love photography, more and more as the years go by.
Have you ever seen or done something that made you think 'ghosts ARE real'!!?

Savaici,
You can always jump in with a secondary answer. We can change the rules as we go along!! Image
One of my BIL's (currently suffering from a glioma brain tumor) says that he can "sense" the deceased at funerals and during burials. Personally, I've never seen or done anything that made me think ghosts are real!!
What is your favorite excercise routine and/or favorite person (on DVD, etc.) with whom to excercise?????

I usually do an aerobic dance class, with lots of steps. I'm not a dancer, but I feel like one when I do this routine! It's a blast. Even though I'm twice the age of most girls in the class.
I don't watch any DVD, but I do remember watching Richard Simmons on TV - he was a riot.
A friend of mine is having her 6 year old assessed for autism right now. It has been really tough.
I like the ghosts question too... I think there are many unexplained things. I've had some odd experiences, but I think they can be explained by psychology too.
Have you ever had an "ESP (Extra Sensory Perception, I think) experience"?

I have never had an "ESP" experience and don't really believe they exist. Others can chime in if they wish.
What is your fav sport to watch on TV?

Not much for watching sport, but if I was it would be rugby as that is what I grew up hearing about and occasionally watching.
What is your idea of a great night out?

Watching our local high school boys' basketball team play (and win) or going out to a nice restaurant and having a good meal.
What is your favorite season of the year and why???

Oh that is a good one for me! SPRING, without a doubt, as the winters are so long where I live in the very far north of the US. I just love it when the snow goes into retreat mode, buds appear on the trees, and I have more to photograph than snow and ice.
Do you have a favourite poem? And what is it if so?

At the risk of appearing boastful, I am going to repost something I wrote for a "holiday contest" we had on the AFSF a couple of years ago. Derryboy and I created the contest, and this little limerick kind of "came to me" while lying in bed one night. I am totally uncreative, so I think it must have been divinely inspired or something. I never could "write a poem" when directed to do so during my school years. Therefore, I am proud of this one because it was the beginning of many people participating in our little contest:
We've created a contest here
To foster more holiday cheer
Now each person please vote
For your favorite boardie here
Then the winners will receive prizes
As Christmas draws near

I really like Minnesota, especially in the summer!!
After tooting my own horn, I will add that I like this poem and keep it framed in my computer room. I really don't know who gave it to me or if I bought it:
"Hope" is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune without the words,
And never stops at all....

Emily Dickinson, Poem 254
I need to read that often as I continue my advocacy efforts for autism and CCFA while hoping for breakthroughs in both areas!!
Who is your fav professional athlete and why??
