I know posterior means toward the back, but does this mean 12 o'clock or 6 o'clock, top or bottom of arse? LOL!

If you have your butt in the air :oops: as one often does in the CRS office, posterior means the 12 o'clock position right under the tail bone.

mine is at the 6'o'clock position. what's more common? 6 and 12 are both pretty normal for fissures right?

For women, 6 an 12 are common. for men the 12 is more common. something to do with the way our muscles are in the area.
