Hi all, The pain is just about exceptable at the moment but the soreness and constant itch is driving me insain, does anybody use anything they can recommend to help soothe the soreness and stop the itch. I seem to have a lot of irritation at the moment (oh the joy of thi thing)

Hey skip, a warm bath will soothe the area, as for the itching, try Sudocrem or any other ointment/cream that's used for nappy rash, I use Kamillosan Chamomile ointment which works wonders for sore skin.

I sometimes use gold bond powder if it's really itchy, it soothes the itch and has a cooling sensation as well just don't use too much just a bit on the ends of your fingers rub it all around but not in!
