How long has it been since surgery?
The good thing is, since you've had the surgery, any damage you did should heal up faster. I'd do whatever you did before surgery for relief; sit in the bath, or on a heating pad, use some ointment, take some ibuprofen, drink extra water, and/or try taking a stool softener like Miralax for a few days at least until it feels better.
At least it didn't bleed, I HATE the bleeding!

Sounds like you may have a hemmorhoid, or is the pain typical of a fissure, which you should know after being there so to speak. Image

whats throwing me off though is that my poo is soft and all the gears are working correctly ..my butt itself just aches horridly when I put pressure on it or even use the restroom,I'm afraid to eat cause it might put a strain on whatever area down there I've hurt
..now I looked up hemorrhoids and that to mentions blood , but I've not had that.
So what ..my answer is just Tylenol, rest rest and more rest?

Yes, I would say baby your butt as if you had a fissure, just in case. Hopefully then it will go away in a week or two.

And maybe try sitting on ice and taking ibuprofen, if you think it could be inflamed. Image
