I'm finally home from work. The fissure was very sore this morning and I did really well, until I had to go at work. At that point, it was like glass shards- just awful. I have to sit for my job and that makes it worse so I try to get up and move around from time to time. I am so unbelievably exhausted - not sure if that is from all this pain because I know that can really tire you out, or if it is from the additional symptoms I have been having. Feeling very discouraged, tired & sore.... Darn it, I wish it was Friday again!!!!

Thanks! I have been doing it all along. It is a 40 minute commute each way and a long 8 hour day. Just trying to keep going!
