My friend at work made homemade toffee/chocolate chip bars and gave me a couple of them. I ate them both and then found out that there are coarsely chopped almonds in them. :roll: Needless to say, the next morning - the pain came back. I am fighting back by taking the sitz baths, using my ointment, and I increased my stool softener by 1 more a day.
Next time, I am going to ask before I try anything and if there are nuts in them - no thank you!!! :(
