I am very interested to find out others opinions on this subject. I had vaginal yeast infection for 4 months with the help of a do was able to rid myself of this. The same time i had the anal problems starting and was using antifungal creme and seemed to help my problem some. has anyone else used antifungual creme? thanks

A few people have said that anti-fungal creams have helped, but that's possibly because they have a yeast infection worsening the fissure. If you had a vaginal yeast infection, because the areas are very close together, it's possible that the fissure got infected too, and the anti-fungal cream helped that infection.
