LIS, fissurectomy and hemorrhoid removal

I am having all three done next week. Has anyone else had other procedures along with the LIS. If so, how was the experience?

There's a few in the older surgery posts, not sure that there are any recent post.

Jas I had all 3. Pain wasn't too bad, I went in, they knocked me out and I woke up ate a pain killer and went home.
My only issue has been that the doc said I'd be back at work in 2-5 days, but here I am gingerly walking around at 1 month. I hope you can heal faster than me.
Couple of things that I wish I'd done/known about in hindsight.
1. See if you can get your bowel movements soft before your operation (miralax and metamucil) seem to work well for me.
2. Don't wipe after a BM I think I pulled out stitches that way. Irrigate with something like this:
Try http://www.sanicare.com/Renaissance-Premium-Travel-Bidet-Portable-Bidet-p/rtb.htm
3. Dry with hairdrier.
4. Buy some gauzes that you put against your butt to keep it dry.
5. Regardless of instructions to "eat whatever you want" from doctor, eat things that prevent bloating or hard stools. I took out wheat, dairy, and started using a blender for smoothies which helped greatly.
6. Choose your painkiller wisely. I was given metamorphone which caused me to throw up, and made my stools harder.
Any questions let me know

Ooh one thing I should add, it was one thrombosed hemmoroid he removed. Apparently I have others inside but he told me this would add more time to my length of recovery. At this point though, I wish I would have had those done too
