Jas I had all 3. Pain wasn't too bad, I went in, they knocked me out and I woke up ate a pain killer and went home.
My only issue has been that the doc said I'd be back at work in 2-5 days, but here I am gingerly walking around at 1 month. I hope you can heal faster than me.
Couple of things that I wish I'd done/known about in hindsight.
1. See if you can get your bowel movements soft before your operation (miralax and metamucil) seem to work well for me.
2. Don't wipe after a BM I think I pulled out stitches that way. Irrigate with something like this:
Try

4. Buy some gauzes that you put against your butt to keep it dry.
5. Regardless of instructions to "eat whatever you want" from doctor, eat things that prevent bloating or hard stools. I took out wheat, dairy, and started using a blender for smoothies which helped greatly.
6. Choose your painkiller wisely. I was given metamorphone which caused me to throw up, and made my stools harder.
Any questions let me know
