More than interesting for me..
Is Practically saving my life..
The key is the absorbing of the magnesium.
I was taking the magnesium a few weeks ago and started to notice my spasms and trips to the bathroom were about 80% better. Little did I know that my body was not absorbing it as well as it should.. That's when I discovered my gluten intolerance was causing the magnesium deficiency. So once I started going gluten free the magnesium was probably getting absorbed like it should and then BAMMM! in three days my Pain was Gone..
After over 4 years of pain and misery and and the LIS surgery and wanting to jump over a bridge..
Its gone...

I have a question: I read that magnesium oxide is the better absorbed supplement while the doc says not. So who's right? I m taking magnesium oxide 400mg everyday to avoid constipation and it seems to work I guess, cos not only taking supplements, I make sure I have good fiber diet as well...
Anyone pls advice?
