Anyone else experience this when applying? Does that mean fissure is open? I dont get blood in toilet and bms don't hurt, but it hurts like heck when I have to wipe and I do get blood when wiping to clean (no feces left on last wipe) here and there.

I got an itch, and a rash after prolong use. I don't remember exactly how long it took, but I think I used it a couple of months before surgery...
