Chewing well is very important!

I notice when I chew very well before I swollow especially when eating meats, my stools will be smooth n soft. And I can digest better. So people, start chewing!!!

I also no longer hot foods like jalopeno. Hot going in, hot coming out. Lol

Yes no more curry or spicy fried foods for me. The perks of it? I lost 7 kg!

The list of things I don't eat anymore is much longer than the list off things I do eat. Nothing spicy for sure. I've lost 40 pounds

I have also learn't to do this with everything I eat now until the food in my mouth is soft and in tiny pieces I then will swallow it and then like you all I have also lost a stone in weight that is just changing the diet and chewing my food well. I stay away from spicy food too and I am now trying to find the things I can eat without cutting everything out I dont want this to rule my life Image
