Miralax schedule or timing

Postby Jojo1 » 26 Oct 2011, 10:03

Hello All;
Once you are on miralax daily, how long after a dose do you normally eliminate?
I ask because I'm trying to regulate myself on a schedule. Is that even possible. Right now, I'm taking one dose in the morning and one in the evening. I'm afraid if I only do one or the other, the effect won't be spread through the whole trail and I'll have some hard, some watery, etc. in one sitting. Am I being ridiculous? I mean, does it distribute evenly into all waste regardless of when you take it?

Thanks, if you don't mind my asking, about what morning time do you have your BM? I'm going for the 4-5am time because it allows me a couple more hours before I have to be up and going. That's two hours of inflammation I can let pass relatively comfortably in bed.

I take it any time during the day and go for a BM the following morning, it's hard to say how your system will react to it we are all different and have different transit times
