not to distract the wonderful work here - and not that i am biased as i do believe this forum is really supportive - you can look at yahoo.com and look under groups - anal fissures.
there are plenty of them there and i was on one group and it does have many people with different experiences and outcomes but it does leave more support to be desired.
i also think if you google jacksailor or beardsailor and anal fissures, you will get another board that isn't as active but has a lot of history and reading too.

i know it's important to get as much reading as possible to find answers for yourself.
what i truly love about this board is that it is not judgemental and we all love to support one another and we all have different paths to our healing and discoveries that we can feel at home to share them here without anyone being challenged or belittled for whatever choices they decide.

I should check out the other forums to see what our "competition" is like and just to see what the climate is like too.
What would say the tone of the boards is like, Gareth? Do you think people are getting pretty good information? Are there more members there-is it pretty active?

there have been plenty of gang fights and vicious attacks.
but there are other people with different histories and ages and very strong and opinionated people.
even with all that, i am glad i found this site as it has mainly been the one i keep participating on.
