Do you know what grade of hemorrhoids you have?
They usually grade them from 1-4 I think.

Yes...I have a couple of grade 2 and one grade 3.

From what I understand the PPH is for grade 3 and 4 hemmies. I think banding would really help with those. At least it is worth a try.
Generally, internal hemmies aren't painful unless they fall out or prolapse and get thrombosed but they can cause itchiness and a feeling of being full and some achiness.
