macrobiotics

Postby happyass » 12 Dec 2006, 07:11

has anyone tried or does this?
i wouldn't per say this is a diet but a way of eating.
this has helped me immensely and i haven't had the need to add any additional fiber or stool supplements.
i think dairy and meats and fatty foods are our culprits in having these ass problems to begin with!
